2.2 Optical system

▶ Use a cotton bud with a wooden stem to prevent the lens from slipping.

▶ Place a sheet of lens cleaning paper over the lens and, without applying any

pressure, wipe over the lens surface.

Wipe at a speed whereby the acetone evaporates before it reaches the end of

the lens cleaning paper.

▶ Clean the second lens surface in the same way.
