2 Measuring and configuration

2.2 Optical system

▶ First lightly tighten the two outer screws and move the holder to the right, and

screw in the middle screw.

▶ Tighten all three screws.

▶ To make subsequent optical adjustment easier, mount the HR and PR mirror

holders parallel to the pump chamber.

▶ Then perform a complete adjustment according to these instructions.

2.2.4 Deflection mirror

Check the surfaces of the deflection mirror

▶ Switch off the KEY Laser.

▶ Remove the hood and cover of the optical system.
