2 Measuring and configuration

2.2 Optical system

▶ Unscrew the fixing screws (8) of the pump chamber (5) and carefully lift the pump

chamber out of the KEY Laser.

▶ Place the pump chamber on a lint-free cotton cloth.

▶ Remove the two flanges ⑥ and O-rings of the Er:YAG crystal ⑦.

▶ Carefully pull the old Er:YAG crystal ⑦ out of the pump chamber, by its sleeves

and on its axis, and also place on the lint-free cotton cloth.
