Copy to external data carrier (such as NAS)

The connected USB data medium must be "FAT/FAT 32" formatted.
Successful initialisation of the USB data medium is indicated by the LED
on the front display - the data medium can be used.

This function has been tested by us solely with hard disks from the
Kathrein range.

A USB storage device or a partition with insuffi cient (remaining) storage
capacity is highlighted in red. It is not possible to copy the selected
recording(s) to this storage location. Select a storage location with
suffi cient space (displayed in black).

Select with

"Copy to USB data medium" and confi rm with



.

The following on-screen display appears (example):

To fi nd out how to set up an NAS and to use it with the UFSconnect 906, look in the

separate instructions "Kathrein portal (Media Centre)" which can be downloaded from

"www.kathrein.de".

Select the desired storage location using the

buttons. Now press the

start the copying operation. The copying progress is shown in the channel information (called up

using the



button from the TV picture), see the example screenshot below.
