One Touch Recording (OTR) - recording direct to hard disk
To start recording directly to the hard disk, press the
button. The following on-screen display appears
(example):
Use the
buttons to select the lines to be changed; make the changes using the
buttons.
Recording:
The following selection options are available:
- “from the start”:
Recording is performed from the time since when the current channel has been
watched without interruption (option available only if automatic timeshift is
activated)
- “as from now”:
Recording takes place from the present time
- “Later”:
Recording is performed from the start time entered in the “Start” line
Start:
You need to enter the start time for a recording only if you have selected the recording type “later”.
End:
The end of the recording is determined automatically by the receiver, based on the available EPG data.
However, if you want you can change this manually.
Duration:
The duration of a recording is determined automatically by the receiver, based on the start and
fi
nish
times. You can however correct the duration manually. In this case the receiver automatically adjusts the
end time to correspond to the new recording duration. The start time of the recording remains unchanged.
