Symbol Rate
The symbol rate is permanently assigned
to each transponder stored and cannot
be changed.
Polarisation
The polarisation is permanently assigned
to each transponder stored and cannot
be changed.
Satellite Longitude
A
fi
xed longitude is assigned to each
satellite stored and cannot be changed.
New Satellite
Pressing the
button calls up the input
screen for you to store a new satellite.
The following on-screen display appears:
Satellite Name:
Use the number pad to enter a name
for the new satellite. Alphanumeric
characters are input as described in
“Operating instructions”, “Alphanumeric
entries”.
Input Longitude:
Now switch to the “Input Longitude”
fi
eld and use the number pad to enter the desired longitude.
Use the
buttons to choose between E (East) and W (West).
Band:
Use the
buttons to select the correct band for the new satellite.
When all settings have been de
fi
ned, press the
button to store the new satellite.
