Combustion test

To perform the test you need a

flue analyser, correctly calibrated

. Then, through a suitable function

on the panel, we ignite the burner at the maximum flow, doing the measure and adjustments in this

condition. Proceed as follows:

Prepare the instruments for combustion checking;

activate the “chimney-sweeper” function:

• the boiler should be electrically powered and set in Heating Only mode. Use the button

necessary;

• generate a heating request by activating the room thermostat;

Be sure that the heat produced by the boiler can be eliminated by the heating system (through

the radiators and/or radiant panels/floor systems).

• activate the boiler to its

maximum output not modulated (Qn)

, by entering the technician menu

and setting the parameter

to value

(see also "PCB parameters settings (technician menu)" on

page 27);

make the checks and measurements;

switch off the burner, by quitting the technical menu (see "PCB parameters settings (technician

menu)" on page 27). The boiler returns to

mode�

Remark:

the burner will switch off automatically when reaching the maximum temperature, and in

any case after 15 minutes.
