Power supply removal

Before you begin

Ÿ

Read “Safety information” on page 176.

Ÿ

Turn off the server, if it is on.

To remove the power supply, do the following:

1. Remove the side cover, see “Option installation” on

page  125.

2. Disconnect the power supply cables.
3. Remove the power supply screws

4. Slide the power supply toward the front of the server

 and lift the power supply out of the server
