Troubleshooting and measures after an alarm/failure

Checking the pump pressure / pressure restriction valve

Proceed as follows to check the pump pressure / pressure restriction valve:

Remove the dust cap from the test
port (18) on the differential pressure
relief valve (7).

Attach a pressure gauge suitable for
the pressure range from 0 … 30 bar
to the test port

Check the pressure behind the
differential pressure relief valve (7).

The differential pressure relief valve is
factory-set to 18 bar.

If the pressure gauge shows 18 bar,
the test is positive.

Remove the pressure gauge and
screw the dust cap back onto the test
port.

If the pressure gauge shows <>18
bar, you must set the differential
pressure relief valve, see page 58.
