Please note that additional threaded connections, bends or constrictions increase
the pressure difference.

Connecting the suction line

Proceed as follows to connect the suction line:

1.

Connect the suction hose (15) to the upper connection (shut-off fitting) on
the transformer (20).

2.

Fit the manual ball valve included to the free end of the suction line and
close it.

Do not connect the suction hose to the TCU yet.

Connecting the return line

Proceed as follows to connect the return line:

1.

Fit a check valve with 1 bar opening pressure to the lower connection
(shut-off fitting) of the transformer. The check valve prevents the
transformer draining via this connection.

When fitting the check valve, ensure that the direction of flow is correct.
Return flow from the TCU to the transformer must be guaranteed.

2.

Connect the return hose (16), with the G3/8” adapter to the lower outlet
(OUT) of the TCU.

Do not connect the return hose to the transformer yet.
