Status monitoring

Monitoring the overall gas content in the oil continuously

You can read the pressure in the vacuum chamber directly from the display of the
EDS pressure sensor. Changes to the pressure may be changes in the entire gas
content with unchanged temperature or a change in the operating temperature.

The upper pressure shown is proportional to the overall gas content in the oil. The
overall gas content can be calculated approximately (~ ± 0.3%) using the following
rule of thumb:
