Checking the safety switch of the drip tray for function

Proceed as follows to check the function of the safety switch (14):

To do so, lift the switch, e.g. by laying a towel underneath.

When the 5 minutes delay time set on the time relay (K1) have expired after
starting the TCU, the system must deactivate automatically.

Do not switch off the system by lifting the safety switch (14), check the
settings on the time relay (K1). See chapter "Setting the time relay (K1)".

Restart the TCU. To do so, switch the main switch on and off.

General overhaul

The TCU is developed for continuous operation for years. We recommend a general
overhaul as preventive maintenance after five years of operation.

In the general overhaul, all wearing parts and seals are replaced. Further measures
are performed after having checked the state of the unit.
