Periodical check-up - monthly
In the monthly periodic check-up, the functions of the TCU are checked. We
recommend performing this check-up in the first year of operation.
Perform the periodic check-up on a monthly basis if the TCU is not connected to an
alarm system with a master display. If the TCU is connected to an alarm system for
the master display, period check-ups can be omitted.
Set the alarm pressure SP2 to the actual pressure in accordance with the correct
level, see Page 35.
Note the following data in the record book:
1.
Degree of saturation (relative humidity) and temperature of the oil (when
AquaSensor AS1000 is available )
2.
Upper and lower pressure of the degasification and dewatering unit
3.
Cycle time of the degasification and dewatering unit (average of 5 cycles)
Maintenance - annual
Precautionary maintenance and checking of the unit should be done at least once a
year and to the following extent:
1.
Check the degasification and dewatering unit for function, see Page 49.
2.
Clean the check valve of the degasification and dewatering unit, see Page 50.
3.
Replace the filter element, see Page 52.
4.
Check and correct the alarm pressure setting on the Setting the electronic
pressure switch (EDS) See Page 35.
5.
Remove the collected oil in the drip tray and in the collecting container
6.
Check the safety switch in the drip tray for function, see Chapter "Checking
the safety switch of the drip tray for function"
7.
Document the service performed in the record book with the following data:
a. Saturation (relative moisture) of the oil (where available)
b. Upper and lower pressure of the degasification and dewatering unit
c. Cycle time of the degasification and dewatering unit (average of 5 cycles)
