Accoppiamento cilindro-pistone
**
Diametro cilindro
Effettuare la misurazione del diametro interno (Dc), con l’ausilio di un
micrometro per diametri interni, alla distanza “A” dalla sommità di 20 mm
(250cc) o 10 mm (450-510 cc).
Diametro pistone
Rilevare il diametro del pistone (Dp) alla distanza “B” di 6 mm (TE-TC 250), 8
mm (TE-SMR 450/510), 9 mm (TC 450-510) dalla base. Il gioco di
accoppiamento risulterà = Dc-Dp.
Cylinder piston fitting
**
The cylinder and piston are supplied matched; if by chance cylinder liners
and pistons become mismatched then measure their diameters as follows:
Cylinder bore
Use an internal micrometer (Dc) and take the reading at “A” distance from
the top 0,80 in. (250cc) or 0.39 in. (450-510 cc).
Piston diameter
Take the piston diameter (Dp) at “B” distance of 6 mm/0.24 in. (TE-TC 250), 8
mm/0.31 in. (TE-SMR 450/510), 9 mm/0.35 in. (TC 450-510), from the top. The
clearance is = Dc-Dp.
Accouplement cylindre-piston
**
Diamètre chemise-cylindre:
Effectuer la mesure du diamètre intérieur (Dc), avec le secours d’un
micromètre pour intérieurs, à la distance «À» de la sommité de 20 mm
(250cc) ou 10 mm (450-510 cc).
Diamètre du piston
Mesurer le diamètre piston (Dp) à la distance “B” de 6 mm (TE-TC 250), 8 mm
(TE-SMR 450/510), 9 mm (TC 450-510)de la base. Le jeu d’acouplement sera
= Dc-Dp.
