Chapter 2. Basic Operation
Accessing the Programming Menu
After power-on, the pump checks its memory for a stored program. Respond to the
display message as shown in the following table:
Display Message Condition User Response
The pump displays the
Programming Menu. Pump memory
is clear.

To enter a new program: Select a therapy
from the Programming Menu and enter a
new program. Refer to the appropriate
therapy chapter for instructions.

2 CLR PROG&SHIFT
3 CLR PROG,SHIFT
AND HISTORY
A program is
currently stored
in pump
memory.

To continue the current program, press [

].

To reset the current program:
1 Press [

].
2 Press [
CHANGE
] to display the Change
Menu and select
NEW CONTAINER
.

To enter a new program and clear shift
totals: Press [

]. The pump clears the
program and shift totals from memory and
enters PROGRAMMING mode.
>
To enter a new program, clear shift totals,
and clear history: Press [

]. The pump
clears the program, shift totals, and history
from memory and enters PROGRAMMING
mode.

Tip: To enter a new program when the pump is already powered on:

STOP
] to place the pump in STOP mode.

Press [
CHANGE
] to display the Change Menu.

Select
NEW PROGRAM
. The pump clears the current program and
displays the Programming Menu.
