4.9.2 Circulation Filter and Makeup Filter in Nozzle 2 path Replacement Procedure

1

Perform the procedures described in “4.1.2 Access to the parts on the front side of

equipment” and pull the Reservoir unit forward.

Replacement of makeup filter 2

2

Rotate the nut of the makeup filter and pull it out.

3 Remove the used O-ring and its filter and mount the new ones.

4 Reset the circulation filter time and/or the makeup filter time

to "0" on the “Parts usage

spilled,  quickly  wipe  it  off
with  wiping  paper,  etc.  In
