Mode 1: Normal end at Step B
The main ink tank level is higher than the initial level when circulation sequence to
reduce or increase the ink concentration is about to get started.
2: Normal end at Step C1
The main ink tank level is higher than the initial level after the ink replenishment
for dot count is completed.
4: Normal end at Step C2
5: Normal end at Step C3
6: Normal end without replenishment by High temperature print control
(The main ink tank level is higher than the initial level.)
- Abnormal end or aborted
10: Abnormal end at Step B
11: Aborted at Step B
14: Abnormal end at Step C1
15: Aborted at Step C1
16: Abnormal end at Step C2
17: Aborted at Step C2

(1) Output contents of Viscosity measurement data
- Date, Time
: Date and Time when the Viscosity Measurement was executed
- Fall 1 to Fall 5 : Measurement value 1 to 5 of plunger falling time (5 times)
- Average falling time
- Machine Inside Temperature
: Temperature inside the machine
(Ink temperature measured by the sensor in the viscometer)
- Average
: Standard ink viscosity at 100% ink concentration (Calculated by the Ink viscosity)
- Ink viscosity
: Ink viscosity (Average of falling time x Coefficient / Standard viscosity x100)
- H viscosity adjustment
: An asterisk
“*” is indicated in the columns during viscosity adjustment for high-speed
model or UX-P.
- Control code and Control info : Status of ink concentration
0, Normal
: Normal ink concentration
0, Normal (
Low)
: Ink concentration is high. Sequence(s) to reduce the ink concentration
needs to be executed.
0, Normal (
High) : Ink concentration is low. Sequence(s) to increase the ink
concentration needs to be executed.
1, High
: Ink concentration is high (Alarm level)
2, Low
: Ink concentration is low (Alarm level)
3, Instable
: Plunger falling time is fluctuating
4, Out of range
: Plunger falling time is out of range
- Target viscosity : Reserved
- Measurement : Automatic --- Ink concentration is measured before Automatic replenishment
Manual --- Ink concentration is measured at Viscometer calibration
