2. Maintenance work
A screen for use in the maintenance work by a service personnel is described.
2.1 Setting of service personnel maintenance mode
● Set service personnel maintenance mode to perform maintenance work by service personnel
such as system environment setup.

The second page of the maintenance menu can be displayed.
Can boot system environment setup, upgrade setup, download,
option setup, and various system initialization functions.
2 Unit information
“Ink viscosity coefficient” and “Icon type” can be changed.

Operation
management The cumulative operating time can be changed.
Displays “heating unit temperature” and “Inside temperature”.
4 Excitation V update
Displays “excitation voltage reading”, “ambient temperature”
and “ink pressure”.
5 Fault/warning history Displays Clear; can clear Fault/warning history.

Circulation control
menu
Can boot Viscometer calibration function.

Parts usage time
management
The time of the pump and the solenoid valves can be changed.

Circulation system
environment setup
Sets whether or not to display the message informing the user
that “ink concentration control has been set to disable” when
the power is turned on if “ink concentration control” is set to
“disable.”

Displays version of ink management table.
Displays version of booting system (program loader) in
parentheses next to the version display.

● A “USB memory containing system data” is needed to perform the following maintenance
work by service personnel.
