3.3.8 EZJ138 board (Ink circulation module connection board)
[Function]
-
Electrical connection board between the control part and the ink circulation module part.
[Notes for the board replacement]
- Before replacing the board, be sure to turn off the power.
- Use a
φ
2 length:160mm Philips screw driver,
φ
2, 160mm long or shorter.
[Replacement procedures of EZJ138 board]
(1) Turn the power OFF
(2) Remove the connectors of CN4, CN5 and CN6 on EZJ138 board, (For the accessing of CN4,
CN5 and CN6, refer to step(2)

of”4.1.3 Access to the parts on the rear side of the
equipment”).
(3) Remove Multiple power supply1. (Refer to step(1) to (6) of [Replacement procedures of
multiple power supply] in "3.3.15 Multiple power supply1 and 2")
(4) Remove the connectors of CN1, CN2 and CN3 on EZJ138 board.
(5) Remove the fixingscrews(6 pcs)by
using driver(φ2, shorter than 160mm)
(6) Replace EZJ138 board, and then reassemble the removed parts in the reverse order.

CN5 (B side):
Connection to magnetic valves
CN1 (A side):
Connection to EZJ133 board
(For motor 1 & Ink circulation module)
CN2 (A side):
Connection to EZJ133 board
(For magnetic valves)

Connection to EZJ133 board
(For motor 2 & magnetic valves)
CN6 (B side): Connection to motor 2 & magnetic valves
