tcp4mss
Description
This command specifies the maximum segment size of TCP packet, and enables the
adjustment functionality.
Execute this command in the
ethernet
level of the configuration definition mode.
Syntax
To set or change information:
tcp4mss {automatic|
VALUE
}
To delete information:
tcp4mss disable
Parameters
automatic
Automatically sets the maximum segment size based on the TCP MTU value.

Default value when this parameter is omitted:
None (this parameter cannot be omitted).

Range of values:
automatic
VALUE
Specifies the maximum segment size (in bytes).

None (this parameter cannot be omitted).

Range of values:
4 to 65535
disable
Disables the adjustment functionality.
