: Sets the GVRP registration mode to fixed.
forbidden
: Sets the GVRP registration mode to forbidden.
normal
: Sets the GVRP registration mode to normal.
Description
Use the
gvrp
registration
command to configure the GVRP registration mode on a port (in Ethernet or
Layer-2 aggregate interface view) or all ports in a port group (in port group view).
Use the
undo gvrp
registration
command to restore the default on a port, or on all ports in a port group
depending on the view the command is executed.
The default GVRP registration mode is normal.
Note that, this command is only available on trunk ports.

interface-list
: Specifies one or multiple ports for which the GARP statistics are to be cleared. You
can provide up to 10 port lists, by each of which you can specify a single port in the form of
interface-type interface-number
, or a port range in the form of
interface-type interface-number1
to
interface-type interface-number2
, where the end port number specified by
interface-number2
must be
greater than the start port number specified by
interface-number1
. If no ports are specified, this
command clears the GARP statistics on all ports.
Description
Use the
reset garp statistics
command to clear the GARP statistics on the specified ports or all ports if no
ports are specified.
The cleared statistics include the statistics about GVRP protocol packets sent, received and dropped. You
can use this command in conjunction with the
display garp statistics
command to display GARP statistics.
