Method of Preparation:

"Marinate the mince with all the ingredients mentioned under marinade. Make flat

kababs of the mixture.Keep the kababs on lightly greased crusty plate, place the crusty plate on the mesh
rack in the microwave oven. Select category OF10, enter recipe code

& press start. Turn once in

between. Sprinkle chaat masala & serve."
