Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, marinate the chicken &
keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Grease the
rotisserie skewers with some oil. Put the chicken pieces on the skewers. Assemble the rotisserie. Install the
rotisserie in the microwave, spread the tissue paper on the glass tray. Select category BQ3, enter recipe code
& press start. Sprinkle the chaat masala & serve.

Red Chilly Powder

Garam Masala
1 tsp
Ginger, Garlic Paste
½ tbsp
Lime Juice
1 tsp
Salt To Taste.

For Garnish;
Capsicum, Chopped & Cooked

Onion, Chopped & Cooked

Tomato, Chopped & Cooked

Chopped Coriander For Garnish

Method of Preparation:
Marinade the chicken with all marinade ingredients. Stir and set it aside in the fridge for 2 hours to marinade.
Grease the rotisserie skewers with some oil. Put the chicken pieces on skewers. Assemble the rotisserie. Install
the rotisserie in the microwave, spread the tissue paper on the glass tray. Select category BQ4, enter recipe
code & press start. Mix with all vegetables and garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
