Report
The Report tab contains essential information about the G-RACK 12 which may be helpful for
investigation of possible issues. Please attach this information to any request to the G-Technology
support.
Logs
Log files help troubleshooting in case of problems. Especially when contacting technical support it
is very important to create and send support log files as well. These files help technical support team
to determine the problem and find the solution much quicker.
