2.2 Names and Functions of Components
• To perform a system reset or a system dump (symbol 0):

Press the Cursor switch until the underline cursor on the status display LCD
moves to symbol 0, as shown below:
If the Cursor switch remains pressed down when the underline cursor reaches the
rightmost position, the underline cursor jumps to the leftmost position.

Press the Decision switch.
The operation menu is displayed on the first line of the status display LCD.
REQ: Request Dump
RST: Reset

Select the Reset command or the Dump command.
• To reset the system:
1 Press the Cursor switch until

on the status display LCD moves to RST, as
shown below:
Pressing the Cursor switch moves
<
to REQ and RST, in this order. Continuing to
press the Cursor switch cancels this operation, and the LCD display returns to the
state prior to its displaying of the operation menu.
