For cluster environment, if step 1 is performed, the general script files (for start/stop) of services are restored.

11.3.3 In Case of Problem During Upgrade of Storage Cruiser's Agent (for Windows)
The system can be recovered to the same status as Upgrade Installation completed normally.
For the server on which Upgrade Installation failed, perform the following actions.
1.
Resolve any problems of installation failure.
2.
Uninstall the previous version.
If the previous version number is displayed on the Program and Function screen, uninstall the previous version. If no previous
version number is displayed, or even if it is displayed but its uninstallation fails, force delete Storage Cruiser's agent in the
following steps:
a.
Stop Storage Cruiser's agent services
Open Service Control Manager to stop ETERNUS SF Storage Cruiser's agent services.
If no ETERNS SF Storage Cruiser's agent service exists in Service Control Manager, execute the following command from the
command prompt executed as an administrator:
sc stop "ETERNUS SF Storage Cruiser Agent"
Even if this command terminates with error, ignore it.
b.
Delete Storage Cruiser's agent services
Delete Storage Cruiser's agent services.
Execute the following command from the command prompt executed as an administrator to delete Storage Cruiser's agent
services.
