(2) If the objective lens and the light guides are dirty or
stained, thoroughly clean them.

To clean the objective lens and the light guides, wipe them
with sterile gauze (or something similarly soft) dampened
with lens cleaner or ethanol.

Use lint-free sterile gauze to prevent fibers from entering
the air/water nozzle.
(3) Press the Lamp button on the light source to turn on the
lamp, and observe the endoscopic image on the monitor.
Check that image is clear and nothing obstructs endoscopic
view.
[Note]
If wiping does not remove cloudiness from objective lens,
it is possible that endoscope is not sufficiently watertight.
Perform air tightness test.

(4) When the inspection is over, press the Lamp button on the
light source to turn off the lamp.
