Check for the necessity of software update first, and update the software if necessary. → P441
■ Power supply and charging
● FOMA terminal cannot be turned ON (the terminal cannot
be used).
･ Is the battery pack connected properly? → P35

When the mova terminal is active in Dual network
service, the FOMA terminal service is not available.
Check whether FOMA terminal is active or not. For
details, see "Mobile Phone User's Guide [Network
Services]".
● FOMA terminal cannot be charged.
･ Is the battery pack connected properly? → P35
･ Is the charger terminal dirty? Clean the terminal with dry
cotton swab, etc.
･ Is the AC adapter connector securely inserted to the
FOMA terminals jack or the desktop holder connection
terminal? Is FOMA terminal correctly mounted on the
desktop holder? → P37

The light on sub-display flashes during charging.
･ End any calls, communications or PushTalk calls
immediately. Remove the AC adapter (Desktop holder)
and DC adapter from the FOMA terminal, then connect
them correctly and start over.
