Copying values
The offset compensation must be performed separately for each
force sensor.
For force sensors of the same type and with the same nominal
force, it is sufficient to calculate the gain for a single force sensor.
The same value may be entered for the other force sensors.

Production length, running meter
This information is used to indicate the actual length of the processed product in the
histogram. Likewise, the values are used in the creation of the quality protocols.
If the “RM” port is enabled, you can enter the corresponding values here. If the port is not
enabled, the histogram uses time as a reference.

To use this function, we recommend installing a proximity switch in the capstan. Which
is then connected directly to the RTM X42 receiver module. In the example, the
proximity switch would be activated 10 times per rotation, for example, via spokes on
the capstan.
If production runs slower than the “minimum data recording speed”, the system
assumes that the device is stationary. In this case, the data recording is paused (it is not
stopped) until the speed increases again.
The maximum speed is determined by the frequency of the input signal which the
receiver module can process.
