Manual movement
Manual movement, controlled by a higher-order PLC is poss-
ible in the operating mode “Slave profile 7.4” (see Appendix
A).
Prerequisites: The drive must be ready for operation. There must be a
0-signal at input bits I1...I4. If you are positioning with the
aid of the keyboard, the yellow AS-Interface bus cable must
not be connected.
The moveable mass can be moved manually with the buttons

Button Description

/- Reduces the position value (the mass moves slowly in
the direction of the measuring system zero point).

Increases the position value (the mass moves slowly
away from the measuring system zero point).
In order to move the mass manually:

Hold the button

pressed down for as long as is
required to move the mass.

Release the button in order to stop the mass.
The position number flashes to indicate that the current posi-
tion can be saved as the intermediate position if the Enter
button is pressed (see section 4.3.3).
