In order to avoid such causes, proceed as follows:

S

Pressurize the complete system slowly (e.g. by using the
safety start-up valve type HEL-... or HEM-...). No unex-
pected movements of the actuators will then occur.

S

Make sure that the moveable mass cannot move itself or
be moved manually (e.g. by means of a clamping unit) out
of the end position when the operating voltage is
switched on.
