Main Run #1 Screen
After the splash screen is displayed for a few sec-
onds, the micro controller displays the Main Run #1
screen. The Main Run #1 screen displays certain
machine information.
Left Gauge Cluster
• Fuel Level (1, Figure 4.6) is displayed in
gauge format.
• DEF Quality percentage (2, Figure 4.6) is
displayed digitally. The quality of the DEF
is displayed as a number between 0 and 60.
• DEF Tank Fluid Level (2A, Figure 4.5) is
displayed digitally.
• Engine Oil Pressure (3, Figure 4.6) is dis-
played in gauge format.
• Propel Mode (H, Figure 4.5) is displayed:
L - Low, M - Medium and H - High.
• Screed Assist icon (C, Figure 4.5) will show
when ON.
• Screed Vibe icon (D, Figure 4.6) will have
animated motion when ON.
Right Gauge Cluster
• Engine Coolant Temperature (5, Figure 4.6)
is displayed in gauge format.
• Voltage (6, Figure 4.6) is displayed digitally.
When the engine is running at full throttle,
the voltage should be between 13 and 15
volts.
• Hydraulic Fluid Temperature (7, Figure 4.6)
is displayed in gauge format.
• Travel Mode ON/OFF (8, Figure 4.6) is
displayed by icon. The icon (green rabbit)
is illuminated to show when the paver is
switched to Travel Mode utilizing the switch
on the console panel. The paver is in PAVE/
MANUEVER mode when the RABBIT icon
is not displayed.
Center Gauge Cluster
• Ground Speed (9, Figure 4.6) is displayed.
The speed is displayed dig, itally in feet-per-
minute up to 120 feet-per-minute. Paver
ground speeds greater than 120 feet-per-
minute are depicted in miles-per-hour. The
Ground Speed is also displayed in gauge
format to a maximum of 80 feet-per-minute.
• Propel % (10, Figure 4.6) is displayed digi-
tally below the Ground Speed.
• Speed Knob percentage (0% to 100%) set-
ting (11, Figure 4.6) is displayed as a bar
graph below the Propel %.
• Engine RPM (12, Figure 4.6) is displayed
in gauge format below the Speed Knob %.
• Auto Throttle ON/OFF (B, Figure 4.5) - The
icon (Green Arrow Box) is illuminated to
show when the paver has the Auto Throttle
function active.
• Engine Hours (13, Figure 4.6) is displayed
digitally below the Engine RPM.
Lower Screen Area
• Turn Indicator (14, Figure 4.6) is displayed
as a bar graph at the center of the bottom
of the screen. The Turn Indicator displays
the percentage of steer to the left and to
the right. The left hand (L/H) turn icon (blue
paver, 15, Figure 4.6) to the left of the Turn
Indicator bar is displayed when the steering
position is left of the center neutral position.
The right hand (R/H) turn icon (blue paver,
15, Figure 4.6) to the right of the Turn In-
dicator bar is displayed when the steering
position is left of the center neutral position.
• Feed System (4, Figure 4.6) - Enabled/
Disabled is displayed by an icon on each
side of the turn indicators.
The icon (green auger) will become animat-
ed when the system is enabled by utilizing
the left-hand and right-hand switches for the
feed system on the console panel.
The icon (green auger) will become un-
animated when the system is disabled.
NOTE: It is NOT required to enable the
LH or RH Feed Systems before using the
Jog-Forward and Jog–Reverse switches.
