Rubber Track Tension The tracks on a rubber-track paver are self-ad-
justed and do not require periodic adjustment.
If the tracks appear loose, troubleshoot the
track hydraulic system.

Pump Drive Belts Check tension. -
Match Height Assembly Lubricate. EP1 or EP2
Extension Slope Assembly Lubricate. EP1 or EP2
Spreading Auger Lubricate drive chains. EP1 or EP2
Lubrication
Lubricate grease points on depth cranks, crown
control and swivel seats.

After First 150 Service Hours
Item Service Lube
Final Drive Change oil after the first 150 hours of opera -
tion. Thereafter, the regular interval for replac -
ing the oil is every 1,000 service hours.

Hood Raise Reservoir Check oil level. 50/50 Mix
Lubrication
Lubricate grease points on steering linkage, bo -
gie beam bearings and slope beam rod ends.
