Installing the BlackDiamond Cable Manager

Remove the six screws that secure the cable guides to the mounting base.

Place the mounting base above the BlackDiamond 10K series switch chassis in the rack.

Use six screws (not supplied) to mount the base onto the rack, as shown in

Figure 34

.

Insert the center screw on each side first. Before you tighten this screw, you might need to adjust the
height of the cable manager base to ensure proper alignment with the other two screw holes. The
distance between the chassis and the cable manager base will be approximately 1/4-inch (6 mm) to
7/8-inch (20 mm).
