Indicates the time base counter overflow error interrupt cause occurrence status.

Cause of interrupt has occurred
0 (R):
No cause of interrupt has occurred (default)

Flag is reset

Ignored
OVTCIF is set to 1 when a reference oscillation is terminated abnormally due to time base counter
overflow. OVTCIF is reset to 0 by writing 1.
