NOTE

The single flat washer (16) must be installed in the specified location to

maintain EMC/EMI noise protection.

10. Connect the sensor core connector plug to electronics board (8).

11. Connect the power and signal wires to electronics board (8).

12. Install left cover (19) and right cover (12).
13. Insert the lock clip (22) into the cover lock slots and tighten screw (24).
14. Recalibrate the probe per "O2 Calibration" in Section 4: Startup and

Operation.

Blind Cover(s)
Replacement

Use the procedure that follows to replace the blind cover(s) on the transmitter.

Replacing Left Housing Cover

1. See Figure 6-1. Loosen and remove the lock clip (22) from the cover

lock slots.

2. Remove existing housing cover from the left hand side of the probe

housing.

Disconnect and lock out power before working on any electrical components.
