Preparing Virtual Disks to Receive Data
7. In the
Disk Partition Information
dialog box:
a. Accept or decrease the NetWare partition size.
b. Accept or change the size of the data area or the
hot fix
redirection area.
c. Press
ESC
and click
Yes
at the prompt to create the partition.
8. For each additional disk that you want to partition, repeat steps 4
through 7.

Create and Mount NetWare NWFS Volumes
1. From the
Configuration Options
menu, click
NetWare Volume
Options
, and then follow the path:
Standard Disk Options > Netware Volume Options
.
2. From the list of volume disk segments with free space available,
select the partition on which to create the volume.
3. Click
Make this segment a new volume
.
4. In the
Disk Segment Parameters
dialog box:
a. Enter the disk segment volume name.
b. Enter the disk segment size.
c. Press
F10
to return to the
Volume Disk Segment
list.
5. Press
ESC
to return to
Volume List
.
6. To create additional volumes, repeat steps 2 through 5.
7. Press
ESC
and click
Yes
to save your volume changes.
If you have directory services configured, you must enter your
administrator name and password before the volume is created.
The volumes are created and a dialog box informs you of the
number of volumes that were installed in the directory.
8. Press
Enter
to continue.
