• Avoid grinding in the same location for a long period of time. This causes the steel to heat,

causing it to soften.

• Grind evenly (the same angle) over the entire length of each cutting edge.
• Repeat this procedure both for the horizontal and vertical cutting edges.
• Once all cutting edges are sharp the blade can be remounted.
• Replace the five M10 fixing bolts in their original position, but wait before tightening them

firmly.

• Now adjust the angle of approach. (read § 9.2.3; page 32)
• Once the angle of approach has been set, you may firmly tighten the bolts again. (Torque 59
