A100-A103 Mains Failure
A100-A103
Description
Mains out of range (the mains range is set in the Mains Monitor
menu).
Event
Power failure or strong variations in mains frequency or mains
voltage.
Possible causes
•
One of the supply cables is disconnected.
•
Too weak power supply.
•
Micro power failure during the drive operation.
Solutions
1.
Check if voltage is supplied to the 3 mains phases (terminals R,
S, T). Check mains voltage measured in M502. Also check the values
of these measures which are sampled in the FAULT LIST as soon as
the alarm trips.
2.
This protection can be disabled or delayed (see the MAINS

A105 (Channel 1)
A106 (Channel 2)
A107 (Channel 3)
A108 (Channel 4)
Description
A105: PT100 Channel 1 fault
A106: PT100 Channel 2 fault
A107: PT100 Channel 3 fault
A108: PT100 Channel 4 fault
Event
•
Temperature measures M069..M072 exceeding the thresholds
set in P320a/P322a/P324a/P326a (see the SETTING MEASURES
FROM PT100 MENU);
•
Hardware inputs out of the temperature measure range of the
drive (–50°C
÷
+260 °C).
Possible causes
•
Wrong settings of switches SW1 or SW2 on ES847 option board;
or:
•
The fault is independent of the drive operation: try to find the
reason why temperatures of channels 1..4 exceeded the preset
thresholds.
Solutions
1.
Check setting of SW1 and SW2.
2.
Check external signals.
