Reading Out Alarm Content
When an alarm is given while the FOMA terminal is
closed, pressing
n
stops the alarm, and the alarm
content starts to be read out.
z
Reading out starts only when “Reading out in
alarm” is set to “ON” (Japanese mode).
z
The voice may be heard by others while reading
out, so move to an area where it will not disturb
other people.
z
The read out volume is “Level 2”.
z
When “Select language” is set to English, an alarm
is not read out.

Storing Your Own Name and
Image
<My Profile>
You can store your own personal information such as
your name, home phone number and e-mail address.
Stored personal information provides the FOMA
terminal with a way of confirming that you are the
owner and can also be quoted in the Character entry
(edit) screen.
z
You cannot change or delete the FOMA terminal’s
own phone number.
z
Items other than Own number are stored on the
FOMA terminal. If you insert another FOMA card
(UIM), the data stored on the FOMA terminal are
displayed.
Displaying My Profile
When this function is activated, it displays only your
name, the FOMA terminal’s own phone number and
the first e-mail address.

the data by selecting
“Display all data” from the
function menu and entering
security code.
