● To stop the alarm tone
■ Alarm
<When the Snooze setting is set to “OFF”>
Pressing any key stops the alarm tone and the
animation/i-motion. Pressing any key again emits the
release tone “pipip” and the display disappears.
<When the Snooze setting is set to “ON”>
Pressing any key stops the alarm tone and the
animation/i-motion, an alarm message “Snooze...”
appears, then the alarm is notified again in the set
ringing interval (minutes). Pressing
y
while
“Snooze...” appears emits the release tone “pipip” and
the snooze is canceled.
■ Other alarm tones
Press any key to stop the alarm, animation and
i-motion. The alarm message remains displayed.
Pressing any key again clears the alarm message
(when “Activate TV w/ alarm” is “OFF” in Booking
program).
■
If you receive a call during alarm notification
Alarm notification stops and the FOMA terminal
receives the call. The “Alarm” Snooze setting is also
canceled.
■
With the FOMA terminal closed:
Press
n
or touch any part of the Touch sensor to stop
the alarm tone.
Checking alarm details when
notification fails
If the alarm notification fails, the “ (Missed alarm)”
“ (Missed booking program)” desktop icon
appears on the standby screen. You can check the
details of the missed alarm (Missed alarm info) from
the desktop icon.
1 On the standby screen

Select the “ ” (Missed alarm) or
“ ” (Missed program)
The Missed alarm info appears.
■ To clear the desktop icon

(1 second or longer)
Once you clear the desktop icon, you can no
longer check the missed alarm information.
2 Check the details
The standby screen reappears by pressing
t
,
and the desktop icon disappears.

The volume of the “Schedule” and “To Do list”
alarms is determined by the “Phone” setting in
“Ring volume”.
z
The volume of the alarm tone during a call is the
same as “Volume”.
z
When “Phone” under “Vibrator” is set to other than
“OFF”, the Alarm also vibrates to notify you.
z
The alarm tone during a call is not played in
Snooze even when the Snooze setting is set to
“ON”.
z
Even if i-motion is set under “Alarm tone”, an
alarm is given with in alarm tone and animation
when i-motion cannot be activated, e.g. during a
call.
z
If the time for Manner mode to automatically start/
cancel is set to the same time set for “Alarm”,
“Schedule”, “To Do list”, “Booking program” or
“Timer recording”, alarm notification is given after
Manner mode starts or stops.
<Alarm notification priority sequence>
z
If “Alarm”, “Schedule”, “To Do list”, “1Seg booking
program” and “1Seg timer recording” alarms are
set for the same time, the priority applies:
① Alarm ② 1Seg timer recording ③ To Do list

If alarm notification is failed, the “ (Missed
alarm)” “ (Missed booking program)” desktop
