Send Ir data
Sending by infrared
communication
You can send data individually or collectively by data
types.
･
The data below can be sent :
･
You cannot send data whose output from FOMA
terminal is inhibited (except data with File restriction
set to "File restricted" on the local terminal or data in
"Data transfer" folder).
･
When data is sent to i-mode terminal except F-05A or to
infrared communication device, items that cannot be
saved by the receiver are discarded.
･
When data containing pictograms is sent to a terminal
except i-mode terminal, the data may not be displayed
correctly. If the receiving terminal is an i-mode terminal
not supporting Pictogram 2, Pictogram 2 may not be
displayed correctly.
◆ Sending single data item

The device of the other party must be ready for
receiving.

◆ Sending all data items
You can send all data of a selected function.

The same authentication password must be entered on
the sending and receiving sides. Decide a 4-digit
authentication password in advance.
･
The device of the other party must be ready for
receiving.
･
Images, movies/i-motion, or melodies are not
applicable to Send all Ir data.

When operating from a folder or data list screen or a
calendar or Day view screen of schedule, press

select "Send all Ir data" or "Send Ir data" → "Send all Ir data".

When all data items are sent, order of the data may change
in the receiver's data folder.
Data types Precaution
Phonebook/
User
information
･
Images may not be sent depending on
the other party's model.
･
When all data items are sent, User
information (except My phone number)
is also sent. Secret attribute of
phonebook group is canceled and
individual phonebook entries are sent
with secret attribute set.
･
When Ph.book image sending is "ON" for
Data exchange settings, still images of
the phonebook entry are also sent.
