◆ Handling Omamorimokon
WARNING
Do not put Omamorimokon in the place
such as the dashboard near the air-bag,
where the influence of air-bag explosion
is expected.
When the air-bag explodes, Omamorimokon
may hit yourself or others and cause injury,
equipment malfunction or damage.
When you use medical electrical
equipment etc., do not keep the terminal
in your chest pocket or inside pocket.
Using Omamorimokon near medical electronic
equipment etc. may cause equipment failure.
Turn OFF Omamorimokon in areas where
its use is prohibited, such as in airplanes
and hospitals.
Use in these areas can cause electronic medical
equipment and electronic equipment to
malfunction or fail.
When using the phone in a medical facility, be
sure to observe the regulations of the facility. If
you do prohibited act such as using the phone
in an airplane, you may be punished according
to law.
If it starts thunder while using the phone

electronic medical equipment

guidelines produced at the
Electromagnetic Compatibility Conference
Japan, regarding the protection of
electronic medical equipment from radio
waves emitted by mobile phone units.
WARNING
Obey the following rules inside medical
facilities :

Do not bring the FOMA terminal into
operating rooms (ORs), intensive care units
(ICUs) or coronary care units (CCUs).

Turn the FOMA terminal OFF in hospital
wards.
･
Turn the FOMA terminal OFF in hospital
lobbies and corridors if electrical medical
devices could be nearby.
･
If the medical facility has specified zones
where use or possession of mobile devices is
prohibited, obey those instructions.
･
If the function to automatically turn on the
power is set, cancel the setting before turning
the power off.
Turn the FOMA terminal OFF in crowded
trains or other public places where
pacemaker or defibrillator wearers could
be nearby.
The FOMA terminal's signals may affect the
operation of implanted pacemakers or
defibrillators, and other devices.
Wearers of implanted pacemakers or
defibrillators must carry and use the
FOMA terminal at least 22 cm away from
the implanted device.
