Camera
Changing setting for shooting
Settings of Scene mode/effect, Brightness, White
balance, Frames, Auto correction, Quality, Size
restrictions, Image size and Adjust flicker can be
changed.

When "Voice only" is set in Recording Type for
recording movies, the settings except Quality and Size
restrictions cannot be changed.

Setting using icons on display
You can change settings for shooting by placing the
cursor on an icon at the bottom of the shooting screen.

During shooting stand-by, you can also press

When the cursor is placed on the frame icon,
selecting "No frame" cancels the frame.

Setting shooting modes
Shooting modes can be applied to still images/movies
being shot according to the shooting conditions or your
preference.

On the shooting screen, press

to enable selecting
a shooting mode from a list. Below the shooting mode list,
description of the shooting mode at the cursor position
appears.

When set to "Night scene" for Still camera, continuous
shooting/4 frames in Auto is unavailable.

Only images of Standby (240
u
432) or smaller can be set to
"Monochrome sketch" or "Colored sketch" for Still camera.
･
When set to "Monochrome sketch" or "Colored sketch" for
Still camera, Continuous shooting/4 frames/Panorama are
unavailable.
･
When set to other than "Auto", settings of "White balance"
cannot be changed. The setting of "Brightness" is kept until
changed to "Auto".

Adjusting brightness
Adjust brightness of still images or movies to be shot in 5
levels : -2 to +2.

Adjusting brightness may not have sufficient effects for the
display depending on the still image or movie to be shot.

Adjusting white balance
When shooting under natural and/or artificial light, a color
tone matching the atmosphere can be adjusted.
: Auto : Sunlight : Cloudy : Fluorescent light

Shooting with frame added
Frames saved in FOMA terminal or downloaded from
sites can be added for shooting.
