Attach Projector Support Arm
11. Each hinged clamp (10) has one clamp welded that does not rotate and one clamp secured in a way that allows it
to rotate. The side of the hinge that has the clamp that does not rotate must be mounted to the screen frame (1).
The side of the hinge with the rotating clamp must be attached to the projector support arm. Secure the two hinge
clamps (10) to the marked positions on the upper rail of the screen frame (1).
NOTE
If the hinged clamp has a chain, it must be on the back side of the screen frame rail (opposite
the screen mount side).
12. Expand the projector support arm and ensure all hinges are securely latched. Secure one side of the Projector
Support Arm (11) to a rotating hinged clamp (10) using the marked position on the similar side of the projector
support arm rail (11). Extend the Projector Support Arm (11) sideways and secure the second projector support
arm rail (11) to the second rotating clamp (10) (see Figure 7).
13. Secure the two adjustable steel cables (12) to the two eye bolts on back of the projector support arm rails (11)
with the turnbuckles closest to the projector support arm eye bolts. This allows for better adjustment accessibility
in later steps.
14. Secure the two adjustable steel cables (12) to the two eye bolts (7) (see Figure 3) on the rear legs of the screen
frame.

Figure 7. Attach Projector Support Arm and Hinged Clamps.
WARNING
Ensure the eye bolts are securely fastened or they could rotate out when performing adjustments
and cause the projector support arm and projector to fall.
15. Adjust the steel cable (12) turnbuckles so that the spacing between the ends of the threaded eye bolts as viewed
through the turnbuckle is approximately 3/8 inch as shown in Figure 7. This speeds image adjustment later by
placing the gap close to where it should be.
