8 No picture on Projector Port on the back of the laptop
is not active. Check that source is outputting video
(i.e. source is on, port is on laptop or
laptop has the secondary display
setup correctly).
Ensure A/V System has inputs
mapped to correct outputs.
Ensure cables are connected
properly to input/output that you have
connected to the A/V System.
Ensure (if using) CATPro receivers
are plugged in and LEDs are
illuminated.
Is video properly displaying
on the touch panel? A). Yes; replace the cable between
the A/V System and the Projector.
B). No; replace the cable between
the source and the A/V System.
Confirm LEDs on front of Autopatch
are illuminated. If not, reboot switch.
If still no LEDs illuminate, replace
Autopatch component.
Run a cable from source straight to
Projector
Resolved; run cable back through
the projector and try a different input
port but use the same output port as
before.
Resolved; using the ICP, replace the
internal cabling to that input.
Not Resolved; try a different output
port from A/V system to the projector.
Resolved; replace internal cabling
for that input.
Not Resolved; reset A/V system.
Not Resolved; reset projector to
factory default settings.
Try a new projector.
Try a new source.
