9.  A counterweight, such as three sandbags or 100 lbs of weight can be placed over the lower crossbar (6) that 

extends between the rear legs of the screen frame assembly (1) as shown in Figure 5.

10.  Two ratcheting tie downs (9) are provided with the system.  The top rear of the screen frame assembly has two 

eye-bolts (10) inserted to provide attachment points for the tie downs as shown in Figure 6.  The tie downs (9) are 
connected to each eye-bolt (10) and then to looped keepers located at the base of the DRASH Shelter.
