Cooling vents
on projector Ensure equipment cooling vents are free
from obstructions. Equipment cooling
vents are blocked
or damaged.

8 BEFORE Screen 1. Check screen for tears, missing snaps
and cleanliness. Damage to screen
prevents mounting
to frame assembly
or reduces usable
display area.
2. Check frame assembly for damage,
loose hardware and completeness. Damage to frame
assembly prevents
mounting of the
screen.
9 BEFORE Speakers 1. Ensure there is no physical damage to
speaker case
2. Check connector for damage. Cables cannot be
attached properly,
pins are missing or
bent, or there is
corrosion or dirt that
cannot be removed.
10 BEFORE Microphones 1. Ensure there is no physical damage to
base and stem.
2. Check electrical connectors on base,
microphone, and pigtail to ensure there are
no bent or damaged pins or corrosion. Cables cannot be
attached properly,
pins are missing or
bent, or there is
corrosion or dirt that
cannot be removed.
3. Ensure switches on base are in proper
working condition. Switches are not
operating properly.
