PURPOSE

This feature is not used in this RPM4-E-DWT model.

3.9.7.5 <5log>

PURPOSE

To view and/or clear the RPM4-E-DWT event log.

PRINCIPLE

RPM4-E-DWT records to a log each time one of the following events occurs:

•

Pmax! of an internal RPM4-E-DWT Q-RPT is exceeded (see Section

3.8.4.1).

•

A memory fault occurs.

OPERATION

To view the event log press

3.9.8

<8CAL>

PURPOSE

To calibrate the RPM4-E-DWT Hi and Lo Q-RPTs and adjust the on-board barometer. These
functions are considered part of RPM4-E-DWT maintenance and are covered in the
maintenance section of this manual (see Sections 5.3, 5.2.2).

3.9.9

<9RESET>

PURPOSE

To reset various RPM4-E-DWT settings to default or factory values.

PRINCIPLE

RPM4-E-DWT stores its user definable settings in non-volatile memory. The reset menu
allows the user to selectively or completely reset these settings to factory defaults. This
clears any settings that the user has made, and should be used only to restore the
RPM4-E-DWT to a known state. RPM4-E-DWT goes through its power up sequence after
any type of reset is executed.

Note

RPM4-E-DWT reset functions will change current settings to factory
defaults. These may include settings vital to RPM4-E-DWT operation and
affecting the calibration of the reference pressure transducers (RPTs).
Reset functions should only be used by qualified personnel with
knowledge of reset consequences. Reset functions should never be used
“experimentally”.
