SYMPTOM PROBABLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Need to run AutoZ to rezero in gauge mode. Run AutoZ. 3.7.10
Reservoir shut off and or TEST shut off valve
are not open so back pressure is trapped in
E-DWT-H or in TEST system.
Open reservoir shut off and TEST shut
off valves. 3.5
Pressure applied is zero gauge
but reading is NOT zero.
Reservoir cap vent valve is closed so
reservoir is not open to atmosphere.
Open reservoir cap vent valve. 3.5
Is NOT reading pressure applied
to the Lo Q-RPT. E-DWT Lo Q-RPT Shut Off Valve is closed
shutting off the Lo Q-RPT from the E-DWT-H
TEST port.
Familiarize yourself with the E-DWT-H
schematic and operation. Open the Lo
Q-RPT Shut Off Valve. 3.4
Is NOT reading pressure applied
to RPM4-E-DWT
TEST port.
TEST shut off valve is closed. Familiarize yourself with your E-DWT-H
schematic. Open TEST shut off valve.

TEST shut off valve is closed. Familiarize yourself with your E-DWT-H
schematic. You are generating pressure
but are not connected to the TEST port.
Open TEST shut off valve. 3.5
Reservoir shut off valve is open. Familiarize yourself with your E-DWT-H
schematic. Close reservoir shut off valve.

Too much air in test system to which
E-DWT-H is connected. The test system must be filled with oil
and primed before pressure can be
generated. Fill and prime the test
system. 3.5
Cannot generate pressure with
variable volume.
Reservoir empty. No oil in variable volume. Fill reservoir. 3.5
It takes too long to generate the
first pressure. Need to refill the
variable volume multiple times. Too much air in test system to which
E-DWT-H is connected or test volume too
large. The test system must be filled with oil
and primed before pressure can be
generated. Fill and prime the test
system before starting the test. If the
test volume is too large, consider pre-
filling with external means. 3.5
Reservoir cap not installed, tip of pump is too
far from reservoir seat. Rotate reservoir cap CW until cap vent
valve is at CLOSE indicator (do not over
tighten).
Reservoir empty. Refill reservoir.
Reservoir priming pump will not
generate pressure.
Reservoir shutoff valve closed. Open reservoir shut off valve. 3.5
[ENT] is not accessing the
AutoTest function.
You are in a Display mode that uses the
[ENT] . Display mode must be Rate or Clean
for [ENT] to access AutoTest.
Press [DISPLAY] and set the Display
mode to Rate or Clean. 3.7.7.2
